1. Do I need an account to make a purchase?

You receive a confirmation email once your order has been received & a  shipping confirmation once it has been mailed, this will include the tracking number for your package.

Our aim is always to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend you thoroughly review all details before submitting your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it.

 

6. What happens if I received the incorrect item in my order?

We sort out problems with incorrect items expeditiously.

In the event that this happens, send us an email at info@cuatroseasons.com with attached photos of the incorrect product, as well as the order number, so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.

 

7.Can I get a refund if the price of a product has changed since I ordered it?

The prices of online businesses change with trends and stock availability. In events like these, a refund is not possible.
